TheBrains Launch The Book! (with a residue of anxiety)

Who would believe that September is almost over? And what a September it's been! The first week the book was delivered. The next two weeks were spent wrangling with PayPal, my website and my bank while we got on-line purchasing to function. Then there was TheBirthday! Woo woo! and what a birthday present! The website went live that day.  So now, anyone who's interested in learning how to get HerBrains (or HisBrains) to start talking can use PayPal to order the book from here.  That's right - you can purchase from this link!!

So, guys. How are you feeling?

Exhausted. And proud. But mostly exhausted.

I don't blame you. I think we worked our fingers to the bone.

It sure felt like it. I haven't been able to keep a hold of anything else all this past week and I noticed you forgot half a dozen things we're supposed to have done.

Well - when you're tired, I'm tired. In fact - I've even been wondering if we're showing sings of incipient dementia.

ACK! Dont say that! I'm always worrying about that. Especially when I deliberetly rememberd to put my keys in that front pocket of my purse and then I can't find them there.

I know. It's like now when you have to clear your throat with a little cough and then imagine everyone is glaring at you for leaving home when You Might Have That Chinese Virus You Evil Typhoid Mary Monster You!!!! How are we going to make it through allergy season?

NOOOOO Stop stop. I don't need more things to worry about!

Guys! Guys! - what are you doing? This is supposed to be a happy announcement about YOUR BOOK finally being available for on-line purchase and all you're doing is whirling up phantom monsters! Be a little happy for goodness sake!

Oh. Yeah.

Oh. Yes. I guess we are still pretty durn tired.

But we're happy! Happy happy happy!

And we're busy busy busy. You do realize we have, like a gazillion things on our October plates. Club work and that extra club weekend thing and the Third Thursday and the Art Guild Party and ...

Hon - you better stop right here. This is not the place to start listing ThingsToDo. We can come back to the chore list later in the week. Today it's all about the book launch.

Okay. I'll shut up.

And I'll be happy

Great - now let me see you both smile
