How About Some Input?

 For all my Spark Friends who worried about missing out on the Adventures of TheBrains and TheBoss, this will be their new home - at least for the foreseable . They've been sneaking about the old Sparkpeople website on BESSHAILE's Sparkpage blog, teasing a little with their new image, but also working pretty hard in the background, saving all their old posts. Since there were 1,009 of them, this has taken a bit of time but not only do they feel these posts are an important bit of their history - they have something wonderful planned for a few selected blog posts that YOU will have a chance to enjoy. Soon. But Later. Or sooner or later. 

In the meantime, they have a question for any readers. Please feel free to comment in the comment section below. (at least, we think it's below) 


So here we are, naked.  How do you feel about that?


I feel okay - after all, we're BRAINS. But what do you 

think about being clothed? I really ove this Me-Tarzan outfit - 

tres wild child. But you look sort of like Nancy Pearl in that 

navy suit and those, am, ah, ..... black shoes. 


What do you think she'll say?

Well, naked is easier to draw and those clothes

    As a biologist, I find the sight of "naked" brains to be more familiar to me. LOL

      LOL! Love it. Everyone seems to prefer them naked and after some discussion with a graphic designer, they will not only be in the buff but sent off to a Spa to be emoji-ized. This should help future blogs, giving them a similar feel to the old Spark blogs.

 What a week it's been. TheBrains and I have been hustling through the days getting our book ready for publication. You would not believe how many times we've read it, looking for confusing language, typos, misalignments and those weird things that turn up in files that have gone back and forth between different computers. Yesterday we accepted the proof for the actual book and one day soon a box of them will show up at my post office. We are exhausted. Well - yes. Dryad in daylight The summer of 2022 I have been probing various art forms in a quest to find my own, unique style. Oh my. That's not true! Not at all! I actually know what my own style is. It's always been there, in my music, my clothes, the books I read, the blogs I write - complete with redundancies. It is also in my visual art. What I've really been trying to do is to master my horn; to hone the craft, learn the skills that will let me express that inner artist.
